Mike Larson

Highly recommend! Mike was my broker for my condo purchase in Old Town in July 2020. He did a great job working with the seller to negotiate credits and ensure I was getting the best available deal. Multiple offers were on the table and our bid won thanks to Mike’s ability to communicate and negotiate. Mike took me as a client despite being 3-5 times below his target transaction value. He still treated me like a million-dollar client and was able to score some solid closing credits. Industry and neighborhood market knowledge. Highly recommend. Closed transaction 7/10/20.

A consummate professional who cares about and puts his client's wishes before all else. Truly works for you and your needs and goes the extra mile to ensure you're taken care of highly recommend it!

Mike was great to work with. If you are in need of a realtor, I would highly recommend him.
