Nothing competes for your attention, yet everything works together.
One detail that often goes unnoticed is the floor plan mix. There are only 12 two bedroom residences in the building, with the balance made up of larger three bedroom homes. Having spent time in each layout, 405 has always been my favorite. The 10 foot ceilings create an immediate sense of volume, but it's the proportions of the home that stand out most. The rooms feel balanced, the living spaces connect naturally, and the home has a presence that's difficult to appreciate until you're standing in it.
For buyers who have admired Embry but don't need the footprint of a three bedroom residence, I think 405 represents one of the most compelling opportunities the building has offered in some time. It's also the best priced home currently available at Embry, making it an especially attractive entry point into one of the West Loop's most admired boutique buildings.
